Narmin Mansurova is currently working as a leading human resources specialist at SOCAR, Azneft PU, the country's largest oil company. She has previously worked in the Human Resources Department of the Organizing Committees of International Sports Competitions held in the country. She also taught Career and Professional Development subject at ADA University. She has over 5 years of experience in Human Resources field.
