He is a professional trainer, programmer and certified specialist in Microsoft Office programs. He is also AIC Group (Microsoft Qualified Partner) qualified expert on the creation and management of databases and desktop applications with Visual Basic. He studied at the Azerbaijan Institute of Cybernetics, majoring in computer-based knowledge and at the Faculty of Intelligent Databases at the Cybernetic Center of the Republic of Ukraine in Kiev.
