Anar Hasanov , Experienced Sales & Soft Skills Trainer

Anar Hasanov started his professional career in training & development as T&D manager at Parabank, VRC Consulting and Baku Business School. He has been working as a senior lecturer at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Azerbaijan Republic since 2013. Since 2014 till November 2017 he worked at the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Azerbaijan Republic and conducted trainings for more than 2500 employees of organization.

Since 2016 he has been working as a radio training specialist at “ASAN Radio”. He has conducted numerous training & consulting projects both for corporate & state entities during more than 7 years of T&D activity. He is one of the experts of the "Astana HUB on Civil Service", which unites 46 countries and is a member of the International Association of Facilitators. He has conducted various trainings for more than 100 banks, non-banking organisations, insurance companies and other private and public enterprises. In 2016-2017, he prepared and ran 4 training packages within UNDP and UN "Civil Service Support in Azerbaijan" project.


Education:

  • The Academy of Public Administration under the President of Azerbaijan Republic (Bachelor, Master and now PhD education);
  • Training of Trainers, Customer Relations Management (CRM) and Business Etiquette certification programs;
  • He has participated in various training courses in France, Turkey, Ukraine, Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan;
