Tarana Gurbanova has started her professional career in Human Resources field in 2007 as an HR Manager / Payroll Accountant Officer at TID Consulting. In 2009, she was promoted and till now she has been working in the same company as the manager of the HR department. Tarana Gurbanova, who has 13 years of professional experience in Human Resources field, has a deep knowledge of human resources management planning, human resources audit, human resources documentation, labor remuneration in accordance with labor laws, and other areas related to HR. During her tenure, Tarana Gurbanova has also provided numerous internal trainings for different companies.

Mrs. Tarana, who currently holds an Associate Professional Member of CIPD certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, provides various trainings in Human Resource Management and Labor Code.
