Baker Tilly Academy hosted a workshop on "The Evolution of Organizations and Leadership Skills" conducted by Farhad Parvizi. We have focused on details of Spiral Dynamics, Emotional Intelligence and McGregor's XY Theory. Quite interesting and quite interactive.
