Workshop on "Agile and Scrum Techniques"

Baker Tilly Academy has organized a workshop together with Baku Engineering University on "Agile and Scrum Techniques" conducted by Martin Hinshelwood, DevOps & Scrum Consultant, Scrumorg Professional Scrum Trainer, & Microsoft MVP: Development Tools & Azure DevOps. Scrum is a relatively new project management methodology & framework, which is used now in daily business processes of technology giants like Google, IBM, Microsoft, Facebook, SAP, HP  ,etc. It was interesting for participants to learn the theory, principals, scrum framework, taylorism and other concepts related to scrum management. We have well noted main concepts in the foundation of agile and individual motivation: Autonomy, Mastery and Purpose. Special thanks to Martin for sharing knowledge and experience with us and making this session quite interactive.
